Powerful Workflow Engine: The karomiENTERPRISE Workflow Server controls the execution of workflow processes using process definitions and status information. Process definitions created in the Designer are stored in the Workflow Server database and used by the Server to decide what actions to take at each step of the workflow. It uses the XPDL industry standard developed by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMc). It is scalable and robust, and supports parallel and serial queues, conditional routing and more. It also supports user, group and role-based participants, deadlines, escalations and alerts. Graphic Workflow Designer: Non-IT staff and business specialists can model business processes through a user-friendly, graphical modeling environment. The resulting process map is the guide to integrating people, processes and applications. Even the most complex processes can be modelled with minimal programming skills. Electronic Forms Designer: Design powerful Web-based user interfaces for workflow applications using a WYSIWYG interface. Create unique, sophisticated forms customised to your needs, all using simple graphic controls and formatting objects.
