Mission of Fact
To function as a dependable and globally competitive producer of fertilizer and other allied products and to develop self reliance in the field of engineering and technology, especially in the field of fertilizers, chemicals, petrochemical, oil and gas industries

3.3. OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY


To produce and market fertilizers and Caprolactum and other products efficiently and economically, besides achieving reasonable and consistent growth. To effectively manage the resources and assets of the company to ensure a reasonable return on investment. To focus on cost reduction and technology up gradation in order to become competitive in its line of business. To invest in new business lines, where profit can be made on a sustainable basis over the long term. To constantly innovate and develop new products and services to satisfy customer requirements. To provide services to the farming community by organizing technical training, soil testing and other productivity improvement services in agriculture.
