You will be assessed on this course by submitting various assignments to the College. All assignments will be submitted in the relevant Portfolio of Evidence file. Once you have successfully completed the assignments for this course, you will be awarded with a College SA Certificate in Receptionist Studies.

This course is geared towards individuals who either wish to work as a Receptionist, or who wish to improve their general office administration skills so that they can become a better Receptionist. A Receptionists duties typically relate to office administration and general support. Within these duties, a Receptionist must competently deal with colleagues, employers and external clients / customers. The College SA Certificate in Receptionist Studies will provide the student with valuable knowledge and skills pertaining to business communication skills, service excellence, typing and time management.
