PURPOSE: SCOPE: RESPONSIBILITY: INPUT / TOOLS:

Maintenance of vibrating Screen . CHP Mechanical Maintenance Engineer 1. Hand gloves 2. Mechanical tool box kit 3. Lifting Tools

OUTPUT: Record PROCEDURE: Take PTW. Check the screen ,v-belt, spring and expansion bellow If screen mesh damage then replace it Remove the back plate of vib. Screen. All nut bolts to be remove. Replace the screen with proper size of mesh . If bellow damage ,then replace with same size cloth and bolted properly to be done. Lubricating all the Plummer blocks. If V-belt damage ,then replace it Check the pulley alignment Area to be clean Cancel PTW.

QUALITY: All the parameters, activities are maintained within prescribed limit. Any deviation from the norm is recorded and corrective action is taken accordingly. ENVIRONMENT: Not applicable. OHSAS: Ensure PPE, Helmet, adequate lighting near the work place. Ensure the lifting tools are in adequate condition. Ensure proper earthing of the equipment / area of work as the case may be. Ensure healthiness & safety of the entire activities with respect electrical system. 10. RECORDS: WIN/SIL/4/F/05
