(the Motion) [Doc. No. 63], filed by Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. (S&W) counsel to the Debtor in the above-captioned Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Court finds that such notice was adequate and proper within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. 102(1). As shown by the Declaration of David E. Leta (Doc. No. 65) filed on behalf of the Debtor, no timely objections to the Motion were filed by any party in interest. At the hearing, the Court evidence was admitted in support of the relief requested in the Motion. After independently considering the Motion, the evidence introduced in support of the Motion, and good cause appearing, the Court hereby ORDERS that: 1. 2.
