This matter came before the Court upon the Joint Motion for Entry of an Order Authorizing a Settlement Between Neldon Johnson, Ina Marie Newman and International Automated Systems, Inc. (the Motion) [Doc. No. 63], filed by Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. (S&W) counsel to the Debtor in the above-captioned Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Notice of the Motion (the Notice), and of the opportunity for a hearing regarding the same [Doc. No. 64], were given to all parties-in-interest in accordance with the applicable rules of procedure.     Court finds that such notice was adequate and proper within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. 102(1). As shown by the Declaration of David E. Leta (Doc. No. 65) filed on behalf of the Debtor, no timely objections to the Motion were filed by any party in interest. At the hearing, the Court evidence was admitted in support of the relief requested in the Motion. After independently considering the Motion, the evidence introduced in support of the Motion, and good cause appearing, the Court hereby ORDERS that: 1. 2.
