Our Approach
We provide training and diagnostics for our customers that lead to delivery consulting needs supported by models, tools and adapted systems. In order to ensure the protability and sustainability of our business, we work together to attract and retain the best customers. To realize our approach, we commit to: Be always listening to our market, and collect by different mechanisms expectations and perceptions of its different actors. Continuously analyze the adequacy of our offer to the needs of our target markets taking into account our strategic priorities. Set satisfaction targets per couple (product, market) and translate them into indicators and performance targets "process". Continuously analyze our procedures, processes and working methods in order to manage efficiently our resources: human, material, nancial and information. Ensure that our human resources are in bloom they are using a seine working environment, fair wages and a participatory management style propeller and innovation initiatives.
