The log book is a requirement for students to document all project activities and is evaluated by supervisors. It must be submitted weekly for verification. 2. The log book format requires students to write weekly activities and plans in less than 100 words. Supervisors provide comments and sign each weekly entry. 3. A rubric evaluates log books based on the number of weekly entries, supervisor signatures, detail of activities, and neatness.
