PivotTable reports are interactive tables that quickly summarize, or cross-tabulate, large amounts of data. In a PivotTable report, you can rotate the rows and columns to see different summaries of the source data, filter the data by displaying different pages, or display the details for areas of interest. The Average function totals all the underlying values in the Values area, and it divides by the number of values. The result is the same as using the AVERAGE function on the worksheet to calculate the average (mean) of the values.
Product function
The Product summary function shows the result of multiplying all the underlying values in the Values area. The result is the same as using the PRODUCT function on the worksheet to calculate the product of the values.
Conditional formatting
A conditional format is setting a format on a cell that is based on a condition, normally a value in a cell like color a cell differently if it is over a certain value. For eg- list of cells that calculate results from an exam and displays the word Pass or Fail

Conclusion
We have analyzed the data for an Institution who is taking admissions for MBA program for its batch 2013-15. Out of data of 1455 students with their scores and percentage in their academic career and their responses we categorized them in eligible and not eligible categories. Out of those students if we calculate on average basis 61 students comes under 90-95%.Only 27 students met the eligibility criteria for the selection and got selected but out of those 27 students 7 students turned to take admission. These 7 students got converted by two admission interns 3 by Abhilasha and 4 by Shaila. Each intern would be getting 1000 for each student. Since Institution is established in Delhi its major areas are Noida and Haryana and out of 20 students refused to join, 10 belongs to Noida and Haryana region (6 from Noida and 4 from Haryana) .Institution have a exceptional policy of giving chance to students who are meeting eligibility criteria only in two fields they can take admission if they have 95% in graduation above and MAT 90percentile above only 8 students falls under this category. To conclude in all only 7 students got selected.
