NOTIFICATION: The competent authority has been pleased to designate the Chief Planning Officer of the Department as Project Director by co-sharing the directorship with the Administrative Secretary in addition to their existing duties respectively for the purpose of recruitment in the ADP scheme namely Establishment of Engineering Wing for Sport, Tourism, Archaeology, Museum & Youth Affairs Department without any financial implication to the public ex-chequer. The project director as well as co project director shall be the administrative head and managing day to day affair of the Sport, Tourism, Archaeology, Museum & Youth Affairs Department in consonance with the project policy for ADP schemes as well as the PC-1 approved by the PDWP on 18/11/2011 for an amount of Rs. 20 million for 24 months. Short Listing Committee (a) To facilitate the Selection Committees a Short listing Committee with the following composition will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their academic qualification , past experience, age limits and other conditions advertised for the post:(i) For the post of Project director 1. Administrative Secretary concerned Chairman 2. Additional /Deputy Secretary of the concerned department Member 3. Representative of Establishment Department not below the rank Member of Deputy Secretary 4. Representative of Finance Department not below the rank of Member Deputy Secretary 5. The record has thoroughly been scrutinize only shortlisted candidates are being invited for interview who are st qualified and eligible have been invited from 9:00Am in the morning till 9:00PM in the evening on 1 February 2012 nd through Telephone, Fax, Courier, E-mail & post respectively. The result shall be displayed at 1:00Am on 2 Feb, 2012 rd on the outer wall of the Department and selected candidates shall be appointed by 3 Feb, 2012
