EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project work is pursued as a part of MBA summer training at IFTM University, Moradabad. It is undertaken as a traineeship at Radico Khetan Ltd. The project is done under expert supervision and guidance of Mr. Vibhash Mishra (HR Manager, Radico Khetan Ltd.) The Project is about the study of Job Recruitment & Selection at Radico Khetan Ltd. Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified The recruitment is the major function of the human resource department and recruitment process is the first step towards creating the competitive strength and the strategic advantage for the organizations. Recruitment process involves a systematic procedure from sourcing the candidates to arranging and conducting the interviews and requires many resources and time. A general recruitment process is as follows: Identify vacancy Prepare job description and person specification Advertising the vacancy Managing the response Short-listing Arrange interviews Conducting interview and decision making This summer training report is done in Radico Khetan Ltd. The main aim of the survey to find out and to analysis the Recruitment & Selection procedure adopted by Radico Khetan Ltd. We have covered almost all the aspects, which are related to the Recruitment & Selection and its procedure. The company profile and product range is given in the beginning of the report the data have been collected by help of questionnaire with sample size of 20, which is given in the report. The collected data have been analyzed and shown in the form of pie chart.
