Service Desk Online (SDOL)

Solve your own computer problem simply, quickly and easily. There are many things that you can do on Service Desk online: Access - Password Manager allows you to reset or sync your passwords, even if you get locked-out of your computer Solve - Learn and find Solutions to problems and much more. Ticket - Create a Service Desk ticket. Health Check - SDOL can now get your computer checked out - it will work faster! News - IT news - it could be important! Antivirus - Latest virus issues if any, and the chance to update your Antivirus or scan your computer for viruses Asset Tracker Check which assets are currently assigned to you Ticket Tracker Check the current status of tickets If you are new to SDOL, watch the SDOL Video tutorial.

Mobile Communications Center (MCC)

MCC is a communication lifecycle management tool allowing you to proactively order and manage your mobile devices and more. WebEx

WebEx is Textron's enterprise web meeting tool, allowing presenters to conduct online web meetings regardless of the geographic distance between the attendees. Webex will still need to be used to host meetings with people not on the Textron network.
