The experience accumulated in the practice of URBAN Gmbh Germany equipment, ensure producing windows of exceptional quality. Situated in the heart of Romania, in the region of Transylvania, Acurela International SRL factory may serve quickly any request coming from partners across all Europe. Through partnership with REHAU, Acurela is able to produce all kind of series offered by this complex system of profiles, but we focus mainly on Euro 70, Brilliant Design and Geneo series. In order to offer our clients a viable alternative for civil and industrial construction, we produce windows with Extruplast profile , a profile manufactured exclusively in Romania. All to be as close to our clients, we process aluminium profile PROFILCO, extraordinarily durable and with a perfect aspect that satisfy any requirement. As a result of pricing policy and quality offered, at the moment Acurela International SRL is a viable alternative in order to obtain competitive prices on a market affected by the world economic crisis. Over 90% of the operations completed in the production cycle are on latest generation tools, guaranteeing an excellent and constant quality. Each operation within the production flow is carefully observed, giving the possibility for the customer service staff to always know in every moment of the time in what process stage are the ATEX products.

OVER 350 WINDOWS per DAY

ATEX has invested in the modernization and extension of the production facilities using the latest generation of technological lines, all assisted by computer.The production output of ATEX is over 350 windows per day and the delivery is done within maximum 15 working days, regardless the size of the order.

Considering that the door is the visiting card of your house, ATEX gives you the opportunity to customize your doors providing various models. You may choose indoor, outdoor, oscilo-gliding doors in parallel or armonic plan. HARDWARE
The thermal and phonic isolation characteristics of the windows are mainly determined by the thermal isolating window. ATEX makes a strict selection of the providers and raw materials used, by using top elements from well known manufacturers: Saint Gobain and Guardian for glass It is very important to chose the proper stained glass, considering that the window represents 80% of a window surface. Thus, our technical and sales advisers will always provide the most suitable solution considering: thermal protection (Low-e and argon or krypton) phonic protection (windows with special resins) solar protection (ATEX 4 seasons, reflexive windows or mass colored) anti-theft and safety (multiple layer windows with PVB sheet, special resins or shatter-proof glass) wind and large surface usage (larger tickness of shatter-proof glass) design (decorative glass)

Closing-opening elements have been carefully selected, since the window and door reliability is mainly influenced by all these. ATEX window is equipped in standard with G-U GERMANY iron works presenting the following advantages:

1. mechanism against fault actioning, 2. microventilation with 3 steps a system allowing the economic ventilation mode by setting the handle at 45 degrees 3. anti-theft system thanks to the special iron elements, mushroom type closure, WK1 OR WK 2 security system 4. hidden anti buckling hinge for mobile assembly windows 5. hinges with a support capacity of 120 kg and the opportunity of frame adjustment on 3 directions.

ATEX 4 SEASONS

ATEX door is equipped in standard with G-U iron works and hinges of 80 kg. Each door includes the multiple point closing lock with closing rolls allowing pressure adjustment on the fitting and adjusting hinges on 3 directions. For trade markets, thanks to the intensive traffic you need to assembly the ball locks, spatial handles and dampers with or without stopper. Standard colours for handles and hinges are: white, brown, bronze and titanium.

The glass having winter-summer comfort besides the low emission function of the Low-e glass offers a high level of sun protection. Thus you can save money both in winter and in summer; in summer, cooling expenses decrease with at least 40% and during winter the healing expenses decrease at half comparing to simple glass.
