Introduction
Self development can be defined as the process of probing individuals special beliefs, experience, and education styles. The method in which the learning took place, and then how it is applicable to the work place. In addition johns and joiner,( 2002) states that the Reflection is the process of self-probing to allow an individual to realise a pleasurable as well as efficient exercise within a reflexive coil of being and becoming .It allows one to look back on what has already transpired and assess how that particular experience went. By reflecting, the individual is able to evaluate whether expectations had been met or whether there is a gap in expectations. Kommers, 2004 added that self reflection is the way of learning that is not just regarding evaluation and meditation. It involves the ability to commit that has been learnt into reminiscence and having the ability to apply it when it become necessary, to understand information and the intellect to synthesize statistics, observation, etc.
Personal reflections:
Business administration always been my favourite subject; I have found staff motivation is one of the important and interesting features of the Business administration. From my experience, I have found myself performing beyond and under expectation sometimes in all the important aspects of life as: work, course, personal life, relationship. I ask myself sometimes what motivates me at life: to do, what I do. The reason behind motivation at work has encouraged me do this study. Beside, during the recent recession, I have found that employees at many organizations are finding their jobs unsecured & facing financial pressure; this has lead them to a major level of de-motivation. Reflective practice plays significance role in order to develop and reviewing our won learning practice. This learning practice means the way of reflecting our learning development process. A form of mental processing a form of thinking that we use to fulfil a purpose or to achieve some anticipated outcome. It is applied to relatively complicated or unstructured ideas for which there is no obvious solution. (Roger, 2007)

Actually this is a new journey for researcher. The researcher have learned so many new things and stated many new findings. Though the researcher had to work hard a lot but he got a idea and clear thinking on career development. The researcher has gathered significant information about the matter through so many case studies, journals, internet, correspondent with the factory people to gather the information and it made my brain storming. This is a very good learning experience overall but there were some lacking of mine to make the project work better. The researcher found myself genuine internet experience of communication was fun and quite addictive. The researcher started to get very good knowledge about employment activities. The study could help in understanding consumer behaviour towards career development. It would also help in gaining knowledge about the communication tactics.
This report is prepared by the researcher as a reflective work for the personal and professional development for Business. At the time of this work I had to go through few stages following the model (forming, storming, norming and performing-(Nicholas and Stevens, 2001). During the presentation the researcher was not that much ready to collaborate and with the other student and work with properly. But it made easy to researcher with the help of class teacher and the open participation of students of my class. Because presentation needs such a communication skills like patience, continuity and ability to represent backgrounds of cross culture. This led me to a very good stage to communication skill with the class and felt comfortable. The researcher got a personal choice to have clear ideas of his roles in this research proposal. There are number of models and theories available to use in order to conduct a selfassessment. The Kolb(1984) theory is most popular among other theories. Kolb (1984) has developed theory of experimental learning which provides very useful model to develop learning practice. This is called the Experiential learning Cycle or The Learning Cycle, The Kolb Cycle. The Cycle involves four different stages of experience and learning, which are: Concrete Experience: learner actively experiences such as field work or class session. Reflective Observation: learner continuously reflecting experiences
4
Abstract conceptualization the learner endeavours to theorise a model of what is perceived Active experimentation: learner trying to test a theory or model or plan for upcoming experience Therefore, the four stages are passing through as we gain experience, skills and knowledge. The learning suggests that experience is not an adequate in order to learn. It is very important to reflect on the experience to make formulate and generalisation notions which can then be applied to the new circumstances and hence this learning needs to be experimented in new circumstances. The theory and action needs to be linked by planning, reflecting, acting out and relating it back to the theory. However, actual experience leads us an underpinning for reflective observation and hence
Figure1: Kolbs Cycle (Source: adapted from Kolb, 1984) The model gives opportunities to the learner to gain an appropriate value in each stage of the process of learning. The Kolbs(1984) , the learning style is related very closely with the

theory of Honey and Mumford(1986). Honey and Mumfords(1986) have also identified four cycles(stages), which are: Pragmatist( planning for the stage) Activists( invlolvement) Reflector(energy reflecting and employs appropriate time) Theorists( significance of abstracting the ideas and leads to the connection)

Figure 2: Improving Quality of Learning (Source: Gibbs, 2003) There are more than a few ways available for Lerner to continue with learning practices. When it comes to modern learning it is not purely class room activities but which is a gamut of practices such as Factory visits, Field work, Internships. In this research exercise researcher required to adopt a strategy in directly as well as indirectly to achieve research objectives. Selected research problem has given extended opportunity to enhance individual to get in touch with field experiments and theoretical exercises and the practical aspect which

was called as learner headed learning. Further it is expected modify research and theoretical exercises as per the practical requirements. One might argue that knowledge is soundness of theoretical aspects but according to literature it can be identified that it is vary with the source and the nature of the source, there are different levels exist. Individuals as well as Industries which are expected to occupy such individuals as employees expect different levels of knowledge for different purposes. In-tern it can be observed that there is a direct relationship between surface, deep and strategic learning with different levels of knowledge.
Reviewing the literature: Reading a report or book and so reply to it according to the applied task will assist in building up the read to react skills. By playing this research, the research worker discovered with different books and journals associated job satisfaction and motivating which facilitated him in acquiring the reading skills. As the research worker has assimilating learning trend, ideas and constructs are more significant for him. Critically reexamining the literature has improved his concepts regarding career progression. he was capable to finish his research punctually. These theories are once again allowing for a border as they can be implemented in employment particularly if the work is associated personal and professional development.
The methodology:After studying the literature, second next project was to research and designing the processes of getting along the research in which the research worker instructed diverse research approach and design. Out of deductive and inductive research approach, the research worker has decided deductive approach that gets precisely with the research topic. As the research work is immediately associated the resolution of career development. Therefore process research is chosen as a research strategy.
Report writing: In the higher educational activity, conventional written report convey data to other people without the necessitate for merging. Whenever the prerequisite is to explicate ones exercise to other people in this direction, efficient reports are critical. Efficient report establishes a master paradigm and acquires other people to accept ones work earnestly. The
7
report writing skills plays significant function in acquiring professional career. This report assisted the research worker in amending his vocabulary and as well assisted him in development the skill of making an efficient piece of work in a consistent direction. This report besides facilitated in evolving the skill of furnishing particular research-based selective information that consequences in a trend of process constituting distinct and pursued which could constitute encouraging if employed to a work place. According to the above figure there are different ways available for the learner to continue the learning process for the personal development. In this study the learning process is fully based on field work. Here the researcher needs to adopt personal strategy to achieve the research objective. There are some selected research problem which is given to extend the opportunity to enhance the individual learning process which can be defined as learner headed learning.

It is also expected that to meet the practical requirement of the research work it is essential to modify the research and theoretical exercises. It is argue by the previous research that knowledge is the accumulation of theoretical aspects which can be varied on the basis of individual sources and different levels. Furthermore the researcher has to manage her skill and expertise in relation with the limited time frame. It will enhance the researcher to get the best outcome from the research work through the analysis and investigation process. It will improve the knowledge and experiences of the researcher leading towards the personal development.
Conclusion
In this study the researcher has focused upon the skills and expertise of the researchers towards the subject matter. Here the self motivation attitude of the researcher has enabled him to gain the core aim of the research work. This research work has shown the hard work, integrity talent and potency of the research worker. He is positive subsequently carrying out thiswork and experiences of his capability give effort at any difficult assignment where he can work explicitly to prove his potency and ability. Research worker is previously developed the ability in facing challenge in the marketplace where the fresh graduates are highly welcomed in a competitive manner, as they can contribute the potentiality and the pioneering ideas in order to motivate the employers to get the best result form the market place. Consequently afterward possessing the mentioned expertise, opportunity is brilliant and competitive.
