CODE OF ETHICS OF CITY LINK EXPRESS As part of City-Link Express commitment to their customer, City Link Express have created their charter to ensure that all employees of City-Link Express give his / her best in ensuring customer satisfaction. 1. Pick-up After the customer standard pick-up order has been placed, City Link Express will endeavor to collect the customer shipment at the stipulated time and date. Should City Link Express courier be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: weather conditions, road works, accidents, etc) their will contact their customer to inform of this delay. City Link Express ask for customer kind assistance as City Link Express make alternate arrangements to collect customer shipment If customer shipment is improperly packed or missing its connote document, City Link Express courier has the right to hold on collection. This is to ensure that the correct person receives the right shipment and in good condition. City Link Express begins their collections during normal working hours (Weekdays), 8.30am 12.30pm (Saturday). No collection or deliveries on Sunday, public holidays and respective state holidays.

2. Delivery City Link standard delivery hour is from 8.30am 5.30pm. City Link Express understand that many of our customers are not home when they make City Link Express deliveries, please contact City Link Express toll-free hotline 1300-88-2489, should customer receive City Link Express notification that City Link Express visited customer address. If customer wish to change the mailing address or to allow an authorize person to collect on customer behalf, kindly note that City-Link Express is required to notify the shipper for this new arrangement. 3

Should customer find that the shipment customer receive is in poor condition, please contact the nearest City-Link Express service centre, or call 1300-88-2489. Kindly notify CityLink Express immediately within 48 hours of receiving the customer shipment. Any notification after the 48 hours will not be entertained. 3. Courier All City-Link Express couriers can easily be identified by their official company uniforms and ID tags. Should customer be approached by a person claiming to be a City-Link Express courier without wearing his uniform and tag, please exercise caution. Each courier has been reminded to give customer a proper greeting when doing their pick-up or deliveries.

4. Customer service City link Express customer service officers will try their best to assist for any enquiry that customer may have. Due to the high volume of calls that City Link Express receives a day, City Link apologizes if the customer is unable to connect to City Link on the 1st call attempt. Please be patient if the customers are put on hold and City Link will attend to their customer as soon as possible. When the customer visit City Link branch, City Link staff will do their best to ensure the customer visit with City Link is short but memorable.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF CITY LINK EXPRESS Among the activities that City Link Express do for their Corporate Social Responsibility is AMAL Charity Treasure Hunt. Since last May, City-Link Express has been featured in the newspapers regarding our involvement with the Pertubuhan Anak Melaka Malaysia (AMAL). AMAL and together with various government bodies, organized a charity treasure hunt to help the less fortunate. The treasure hunt was also to coincide with Sukma XIII. While the City Link Express first foray into treasure hunting was not a successful one, the ultimate winners are the people City Link Express gets to help with their donation.

EXPANSION TARGET OF CITY-LINK Delivery firm City-Link Express Sdn Bhd is targeting a 20% growth in revenue for its fiscal year ending Dec 31 this year, with the completion of its new RM65 million Super Hub in October this year and as it increases its market share in Malaysia and overseas. The express courier services company posted revenue of more than RM100 million in 2011 The Super Hub is touted to be 12 times larger than the companys present operations hub at the Glenmarie Industrial Park in Shah Alam. The companys present operations hub sorts more than nine million shipments a year. It hopes that the Super Hub will contribute 20% to its growth target by having 25% of its total number of pieces shipped through this new facility. Around 530 employees will be working in this new hub. The Super Hub will be located at Bandar Saujana Putra, a new township next to Putra Heights. Its strategic location in the hub of the Southern Corridor of Selangor along the Elite Highway provides convenient access to the hub. The Elite Highway is linked to many other highways such as North Klang Valley Expressway, Damansara Puchong Expressway and Kesas Highway. The new hub will boast a unique auto-sorting machine, a first of its kind in Malaysia, will be able to sort out shipments more efficiently and speeding up delivery process. This RM5 million auto sorting machine will also greatly improve the accuracy of sending the right parcels or documents to the customers. In 2011, the companys estimated market share was 15% to 17%. With this new hub, which improves efficiency and has a bigger capacity to meet higher delivery requirement s, City-Link aims to increase its market share by having larger customer base. Its target for 2012 is to meet 25% of market share in the domestic courier express service industry. Other than building the new Super Hub, City Link also has other plans to increase its market share in the industryfor instance, cutting down labor cost, expanding infrastructure to support growth, providing better services to customers through faster delivery times, continuous development of quality workforce, and expanding existing customer database through value added services.

City-Link also hopes to serve the rapidly growing business population by targeting small and medium enterprise (SME) and e-commerce industries. It realizes the potential of tapping into the SME market, which makes up 99.2% of the businesses in Malaysia. In 2011, SMEs contributed 32% to the countrys gross domestic product and was forecast to achieve 41% by 2020. Future generations are going to be more tech-savvy as the population in Malaysia has greater access to the Internet. The e-commerce industry will be an attractive industry to tap into as internet users continue to increase, it said. The company has more than 200 branches and drop-in centres in Malaysia with express stations in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and China. City-Link hopes to expand its third-party logistics warehousing operations in Asian region because of its vast potential. The company will target countries like Vietnam and China, especially the latter as it provides a large contribution to our business volume. Company founder and chief executive officer Dato David Tan said the companys competitive edge is driven by glocalisation in reference to the strong domestic consumption in Asia. He believes that Malaysia will have less than a handful of dominant players that are courier services corporations in the next five to 10 years.

c) Pre-paid Delivery To provide convenience to the customer, City Link Express valued customers, Pre-paid Envelopes and City-Paks are available at all City-Link Express Service centres. These prepaid products can be purchased in advance to meet the customer immediate shipping requirements or it can be stored for use at a later date. The Pre-paid Envelopes and City-Paks are a great way to ship the customer documents or parcels.

d) Freight By sea or air, let City-Link Express handle all the customer bulk shipment needs. In addition to moving the customer shipments, City Link Express will handle all the hassles of Customs paperwork leaving the customer free to concentrate on the customer business. This service can be supplemented by door-to-door domestic and international express delivery.

f) Warehousing & Distribution To better cater to the demands of globalization, City-Link Express offers warehousing and distribution services to all our customers. With this specialized service, we will store your products in temperature-controlled environment. Upon your shipping instructions, we will pick, pack and deliver to your respective end-users.
