Our vision:
We are a collection of our life experiences. The SCNext will connect everyone
and their experiences in order to broaden the horizons of it's members.

Imagine being able to attend a conference in Shanghai while staying in New
York; this is what we want to accomplish by the sharing of member
experiences.

The goal of the SCNext is to provide aspiring leaders in the Supply Chain
industry with a platform to explore their leadership potential, learn and
contribute in a global environment while developing the skill sets desired by
corporations, small and large.

What is the SCNext?
We are an organization founded and managed by Young Professionals for
Young Professionals. We provide members with an opportunity to develop
relationships with an international community of peers and mentors, expand
their knowledge of the supply chain industry, and apply their knowledge and
skills in real world situations.

There are no boundaries on what this organization can become- Take a
moment to imagine an international group of talented and driven young
professionals all working together to push the status quo on what is possible
within the supply chain.

With our unique social network, the SCNexus we expect to provide members
with the resources and opportunities to enhance and share their Supply Chain
knowledge while simultaneously honing their leadership skills
















Who is a SCNext Member?


With all those organizations out there which vie for your attention, what makes
us different? What do we offer that will blow your mind and ensure your
loyalty?

A SCNext member is a student or young professional who contributes through
ideas and actions to fulfilling the SCNext vision. We would like to extend a
special welcome to our experienced mentors who will guide the next gen
leaders in supply chain.

We will divide potential members into 3 category pools:

SEB's: Students and Early beginners (with 1-2 years experience)

PRO's: Professionals who are learned and have a good practical exposure
(with an average of 3-10 years experience)

MNT's: Mentors grooming the next gen leaders of Supply Chain (Veterans in
the industry with 10-15 years experience dealing with complex global supply
chains, professors and scholars from leading universities who will keep
members up to date with cutting edge research and technologies)

How to become a member?


The SCNext is an exclusive organization for aspiring leaders - in order to
ensure the value of our organization to global employers - we will select
members based on specific criterion.

The 1-2-3 Process

and submit necessary information. Upon joining each member will be
inducted into one of the three categories described above. We only
expect mentors to guide our future leaders and share their knowledge
with our talent pool. SEBs and PROs are encouraged to make the
most of the connections they will develop in the process.

2. Each SEB and PRO application will be reviewed and approved by the
SCNext senior members and leaders. We do conduct interviews to see
how dedicated you are to learning in the supply chain domain. We want
to see passion as this is a member run organization and our goal is to
create a pool of continuous supply chain innovators.

3. Get access to the SCNexus - our private knowledge network for
members to interact with one another and begin the

Year Round Activities:

We would like to say, we are active every day of the year to make it count
every second through our social network
To support the virtual presence, we organize a number of activities for our
members to give them opportunities to progress as per the organization's
vision.

Global Case Competition:

Do you and your friends or colleagues have what it takes to compete against
the best and brightest young business professionals and students in the
world? The Ptak Prize Global Case Competition will bring together students
and young professionals from around the world to compete on a challenging
supply chain issue to win lots of prizes and recognition to be the Ptak Prize
Winner. Our sponsor companies would love to see you in action with global
supply chain issues. Come impress them and you might have a promising
career opportunity on your way back home.

Internship program for students:

Our goal is to maximize the learning opportunities for our student members .
What better way than to help them secure a practical exposure. We are not
here to find you a job, but we surely can put you in touch with the right people
who will lead you in the right direction. We will leverage our sponsor
companies (SCNext and ISCEA) and try to make sure your talent is visible.
Going forward, we want to be a one-stop shop for any company's supply
chain hiring needs.

SCNext Journal:

We are working on introducing a monthly journal with all the latest
news/trends in the supply chain and logistics domain. It will be a one-stop
shop with all the highlights within the domain filled with industry expert
interviews all conducted by our very own members

Start-Up Day:

This is for all those members who have ideas and lack the capital. You need
not worry anymore. The SCNext has access to ISCEA Venture capital funding
and every year, we will hold Start-Up Day where you will have the opportunity
to pitch your idea to our senior members. If selected, ISCEA will fund your
company and you will also have access to global ISCEA and SCNext
resources to help build and grow your company



Technical shows/Trade exhibitions:

Imagine being able to attend an industry conference with thousands of
leaders in the Supply chain arena. Now lets take that a step further. Imagine
being able to talk at such conferences and having leaders listen. Students and
Young professionals with new concepts, research ideas and proposals will be
able to demonstrate here. The purpose is to integrate Young Professionals in
industry conferences to enhance learning while providing organizations
around the world to see young talent in action. Again, potential employment
opportunities will be a part of the bargain


Yes, this is blank for a reason. We are a member run community and this spot
is reserved for your ideas. If you have something in mind, something radical
which will serve our vision, we want to hear from you. Now, the best part- If it's
selected, the idea/event will be your baby. We will provide all resources
required for setup but the challenge will be for you to plan, organize and
execute. Needless to say, added benefits of networking, prizes and
conferences come along the way for such active members.
