1. Presentation Teacher tells the story to the pupils A DAY AT THE BEACH Last vacation, the Reyes family went to the beach. The children brought their beach balls. They wore their swimsuits. Father and Mother brought the food they prepared. They prepared spaghetti, fried chicken, sandwiches, rice and juice. They put the food under a very big umbrella. The children played ball at the beach. Lets go swimming, said Celso.
I dont want to go swimming. I just want to play with the ball. said Perla. Celso, dont go swimming alone, said Father. Wait for me But Celso did not wait for Father. He jumped into the water alone. Suddenly they heard Celso shouting. Help! Help! They saw Celso drowning. Father jumped into the water and saved Celso. Celso cried and cried. Im sorry, Father. I did not listen to you.
