ITI LIMITED, the Countrys premier Telecom Company, multi unit Central Public Sector Undertaking requires engineers on contract basis for a period of ONE YEAR for prestigious project of National Population Register under aegis of Registrar General of India to cover entire population above 05 years of age residing in India. ITI has been assigned the job of Biometric enrolment at Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand states. The Company is looking for Creative & Talented Engineers to work at different places for above project. The incumbent is required to have inclination for Server / Data Base Administrator. DBAs shall be responsible for maintaining Server and Data Base on each BMDC (Biometric Data Centre) The job also requires extensive travelling and interaction with customers.

Job Description :- DBAs ( Data Base Administrators) are responsible for maintaining server and Data Base at each BMDC ( Biometric Data Centre) and should have knowledge of latest Data Base and server Administration. QUALIFICATION: The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication with an aggregate of 65% marks & above in respect of GEN & OBC candidates and 63% marks for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe & Persons with Physical Disability. However, preference will be given to the candidates with 0-1 year experience in software development skills with Java, C, C++ & Software testing skills.
Note: Aggregate Marks will be computed by taking average of the marks secured in all the subjects in different Semester / Annual pattern of Examinations in the Engineering degree. Decimals will be ignored and will not be rounded off to the next higher integer (Marks secured, if any, in Diploma will not be considered for deriving the aggregate percentage of marks). If the evaluation is based on Grade system (CGPA / GPA etc) the same should compulsorily be converted into percentage of marks as per the University / Institution norms and documents to this effect should be produced from the competent authority at the time of interview without fail. General Conditions: 1. AGE: Maximum 28 years as on the date of the advertisement. (Relax able by 5 years for SC / ST and PWD and 3 years for OBC candidates (non creamy layer), in accordance with the Govt. of Indiaguidelines. 2. REMUNERATION: The remuneration payable will be Rs.12, 000/- PM during contract period and term may be extended on need basis. 3. Benefits and Perks for the above posts. Period of Contract : ONE YEAR from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
