Establishes guidelines for fellow students in carrying out their responsibilities/tasks ORGANIZING 7. Explains to fellow students the formulated goal and objectives for the shift 8. Discusses with fellow students the guidelines in carrying out their responsibilities/tasks STAFFING 11.
