Earth filling Filling inside the basement using red earth locally available with necessary watering, ramming etc. complete. Brick work Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using first class country burnt brick of nominal size 22 x 10 x 7 cms for super structure including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire and labour for scaffolding etc. complete. Ground Floor 6 First Floor Reinforced Cement Concrete Reinforced cement concrete (M20 mix) using I.S.I grade cement, steel, clean graded approved granite metal 20mm nominal size and clean sieved approved M.sand with centering and shuttering including mixing, lifting, laying tamping, compaction by mechanical vibrator, including cost and conveyance of all material to site, labour charges for taking down form work after completion of work, watering, curing etc. complete, including cost of cement and steel.
