Creating CV in Ericsson RBS

To create a new CV, use the command "cvms <cvname>" which will create the CV and place it in the startable state. To check existing CVs, use the command "cvls". To restart Node B, use the command "acc 0 manualrestart" and follow the prompts to select a restart type of COLD and an unplanned cause of UNPLANNED_O_AND_M_ISSUE.
