Traffic has increased and future development of land along Cox Rd. and Walnut Lawn will affect traffic patterns. Susie Brothers said this issue was raised 6 or 7 years ago to the Board and homeowners couldn't agree on whether to install privacy fences or metal fences. Joyce Leatherman and Hillary Boyd stated that all of the homeowners whose properties back up Cox Road are in agreement of installing the fences. The question was raised whether the HOA would want the fence to completely encompass CV property along Cox Road. Michael Olmsted requested that the homeowners get signatures from all of the homeowners who have properties where fencing would be installed. Melissa Wittmer will research the past minutes regarding the issue. Fences currently installed in neighborhood are Carnahan and Ozark Fence Company. Motion was made to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
