    that is enrely a normal responseyet we are called
    toconstantlytoensurethatthespreadingoftheGood
    News of Gods Kingdom is in the forefront of our
    thoughtsandacons.

    To do so requires us to place our trust in Gods


    providence,toreadthesignsofthemes,andtostep
    boldly into our future aware of our responsibility to
    ensure that the Good News is proclaimed and not
    hinderedbyafearofchangeortheunknown.

    their annual My Calling Day to raise funds for ip

    be Captain Sandy Hogg. The day will commence at

    shopping. They would like to invite all ladies to come

    page 3) are organising a Saturday morning breakfast
    on 24th November from 7:30am to 8:30am outside
    the back of the Forster Church Hall. Breakfast is
    provided at no cost and some of the group will talk
    abouthowworkingwiththeScripturescanbuildupa
    greater love for Jesus Christ in our daily lives in this

    can do so. These addional Masses will both be

    Men Alive is a small group of men who meet every
    rst and third Wednesday of the month, at 9:30am
    aertheWednesdaymorningMass.

    The group works from the Scripture readings of that


    day, reading through them and then selecng a part
    of Scripture that most stands out for each member
    who then records it. Each person then makes a short
    ObservaonaboutthatpieceofScripture.Thirdlyyou
    jot down what Applicaon this would have in daily
    life, then write a Prayer that captures your response
    toGodaboutthatScripture.ThisiscalledtheSOAP
    methodoflookingattheScripturesoftheday.

    This is an easy method of journaling the Scripture of


    thedayandthereisasharingmeattheend.

    Those who aend nd that the sharing adds greater


    meaning to the Scriptures and helps to relate it to
    their everyday life. It is supporve of each other and
    quiteoenleadstosharingsomelifeexperiencethat
    strengthens us all. The good part is that the meeng
    onlyrunsforhalfanhour.

    Itwouldbegreatifwehadenoughnumberstoforma
    second group that might like to meet in the evening
    sothosewhoworkcanparcipate.
