Answer: Instructional videos are invaluable references to all students during the study period as it includes clear instructions to all frequently used functionalities and system features.

Answers: 1. This can be achieved by following this: Library/ MBS Library Services / Library Catalogue / search for Harvard 2. Past exam papers can be downloaded from the Student Support Portal (SSP)/Exam Information/Past Exam Papers. 3. Assignments can be downloaded by selecting the course from the course list in the Black Board/Assignments (from course content list OR from the Assignment Icon). 4. In case of having problems submitting my assignments I can contact my mentor to advise with a solution or a contact person. 5. I should contact the academic advisors for this kind or queries. 6. I can send them a message through course contact list/ mail/ create message. 7. Module Information, the student handbook and timetables can be found in Module and Program Information on the SSP. 8. Grades can be viewed on the Black Board/ My Tools / My Grade OR can be check as well on the SSP / My Record (On the top menu). 9. Assignment due dates can be viewed by viewing the module assessment in SSP / My records OR by checking each assignment dates for the courses. 10.Exam dates can be viewed in the time table on the SSP. 11.Address of exam venue can be viewed from the SSP/Exam Information/ Exam venues. 12.I should go the SSP for workshop opt-out. 13. Assignments can be submitted by selecting the course from the course list in the Black Board/Assignments (from course content list OR from the Assignment Icon)/ submit Assignment. 14.I can change my profile in the SSP / My Profile. 15.I can view other students profiles in SSP / search Student / select Student name and view profile. 16. Feedback and comments on my assignments will appear either under comments or as a word document with my name as the file name.

Question 3
Answer: I would like to confirm my impressive with the efforts done to complete this module. I had the impression when I started to use the MBS applications that I will be able to check theses applications easily with less effort. But considering the details and the different screens and features, I found that the Induction module is very important for all the new students. The instructions were very helpful and clear enough to take the student through all important features of the MBS applications. Instructional videos are successful tools to easily lead the students attention to other system's functionalities and will be a very useful reference during the study period.
