What is the application process?


STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES o Obtain/complete Yellow Release Form and Brag Sheet from the guidance office. Return to guidance along with $2 per school for electronic document/postage fees. o Log onto your Naviance-Family Connection account. Under the Colleges tab, add your schools to colleges Im applying to Common App AND Non-Common App users need to choose to waive/not waive rights before proceeding. Common App users must also provide their user name and password. Complete/submit general application, including: Personal/parental information Your personal essay Additional supplements (if applicable) Application fee Submit SAT/ACT scores electronically through your online Collegeboard account. Request teacher recommendation(s) in person, AS WELL AS through Naviance-Family Connection, and follow up with them to ensure electronic submittal. Provide teacher names on the other side of this form. Complete FAFSA (after January 1st , mandatory) and/or CSS Profile (after October 1st, only if required by school)
