LEADERSHIP NOTES...
One of the most important elements of the Womens Council of REALTORS is to develop Leaders not simply reproduce Followers. The Western Michigan Chapter takes this responsibility seriously and has provided opportunities for members to serve in various capacities and to attend local and national meetings for those in Leadership roles. This year, your leaders met on September 29th for a half day Leadership Retreat -L.E.A.P. 2013. L.E.A.P. stands for: *Leadership *Envisioning/Education *Affirmation *Participation During this half day retreat, we had the privilege of hearing from Cathy Sherman-Bittrick, owner of RE/MAX Sunquest and former WCR State President, Jo Ann Hatfield. Their wisdom and insights were inspiring. If you are interested in a serving on the team next year, let us know. If you know of someone who would be excellent in a leadership role, please take the initiative and invite them to a luncheon or one of our events. Remember, we all succeed when we work together.
