Stipulation
Resolving
LaserCycle
Imagings Motion for Order (1) Allowing Administrative Claim; and (2) Authorizing and Directing the Debtor to Pay Such Claim (the Stipulation)1 entered into by the Debtors and LaserCycle, and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. The Stipulation is hereby approved in its entirety. LaserCycles Claim is hereby allowed as an administrative
claim in the amount of $10,628.90. 3. The Debtors shall pay the Claim within ten (10) business
days of the entry of this Order. 4. Payment of the LaserCycles Claim shall be deemed to have
satisfied any and all claims of LaserCycle that may arise under 11 U.S.C. 509(b) and/or 546(c) , and LaserCycle shall be deemed to have waived any and all claims against the Debtors that may arise under 11 U.S.C. 509(b) and/or 546(c), other than the Claim referenced herein. 5. The hearing on the Motion is hereby taken off calendar.
