    The Court having read and considered the Stipulation for Extension of Deadline to File Chapter 11 Plan and Disclosure Statement entered into by and between Debtor MTI Technology Corporation (Debtor) and the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee (Committee), and good and sufficient cause appearing; it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. 1. The Stipulation is granted in its entirety; The time within which a Plan and Disclosure Statement must be filed is extended

    from January 16, 2009 through including April 16, 2009, without prejudice to the right of the Committee or the Debtor to file a plan prior to that time or to seek a further extension of the Plan Deadline for cause shown; and 2. No notice to creditors or hearing shall be necessary to effectuate the foregoing.
