NOTICE OF PRESENTMENT OF APPLICATION TO EMPLOY AND RETAIN KLESTADT & WINTERS, LLP AS ATTORNEYS FOR THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Lehn Construction Corp., the debtor and debtor-in-possession herein (the Committee), will present the proposed order (the Proposed Order) in the form annexed to the Application (as defined herein) for signature to the Honorable Sean H. Lane, United States Bankruptcy Judge, United States Courthouse, One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004-1408 on April 11, 2011 at 12:00 Noon (the Presentment Date). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Proposed Order seeks approval of an application, dated March 24, 2011 (the Application) authorizing the Committee to retain Klestadt & Winters, LLP, as counsel to the Committee, nunc pro tunc to the March 15, 2011. The Application (with exhibits) was filed on March 24, 2011 [Docket No. 95]. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Proposed Order

shall be in writing, state with particularity the basis for the objection, and be filed with the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with General Order #462 by users of the Bankruptcy Court's case filing system, and by all other parties, on a 3.5 inch disk, with a hard copy to Chambers, and served upon: (a) Klestadt & Winters, LLP, 570 Seventh Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, New York 10018, Attn: Sean C. Golden, so as to be received no later than 11:30 a.m. on the Presentment Date.
