Project managed the construction of Maggie Moos Ice Cream Treateries franchised restaurants in multiple states on the East Coast of the United States. Supplied equipment only to the first few restaurants and then took on the entire project from the ground up for almost 20 other locations. Negotiated contractors, provided oversight on all construction phases, ensured that each store included the unique design features dictated by each set of plans and procured and installed the equipment in each store.
