God Sings To You
WE call Heaven Paradise. And when we go to Palawan, or Boracay, or Bohol, we also say, Were in Paradise. But do you know what is Gods Paradise? St.AlphonsusLigourianswersthat question. He says, The heart of man is the paradise of God. Wow. Let me share with you a personal experience... One morning, I was singing an old worship song to God. It went this way: Youre the love of my life, youre the joy of my morning, youre the song of my heart, and I will praise your holy name. After singing it, I kept quiet. Thats when I heard God whisper to my heart, Bo, may I sing you a song? I heard God sing the SAME song to meHe just changed a few words. He sang, Youre the love of my life, youre the joy of my morning, youre the song of my heart, and I will love you all my life... Heres what I believe: We sing to God when we go to the Feast. But God sings to you non-stop, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. God is telling you, You dont know how valuable you are to me. You dont know how special you are to me. Youre a person of great worth! So great, I gave up everything on the Cross for you. You are Gods Paradise. You give God pleasure. Today, youll learn how to worship God. Today, youll learn how to relax in His love. Enjoy! May your dreams come true,

A Good Servant for Love and Life!

God created and designed money, sex, and power as tools. But if the world had been a car, money, sex, and, power would have been its main drivers because they have taken over the wheel. People make decisions based on them. Theyve become the most important forces that move peoples lives. They control people. Look around and youll realize that these three have become gods (ergo the unholy trinity), and they have formed a real religion Lets read it again: God invented and manufactured money, sex, and power not to be gods but to be used as tools to love, to live, and to enjoy life. Theyre meant to become servants, not superiors. As superiors, they are terrible. They destroy lives, rip apart marriages, wreck families, steal the future of young people, split communities, crash companies, cause wars, etc. But as servants, they are terrific. They can bless both you and the world. They can make life beautiful. They can build Gods Kingdom in this planet. If only theyve become passengers, not drivers. So make them the passengers. What or who then should be the drivers of our lives instead of money, sex, and power? Who else but God! Let Jesus be the King and Lord of our lives. Let Him take control, and He will make these things holy in your hands as your servants for love and life. God be with you. Shine your light! Engjoy Him, engjoy life! Have a fantastic Feast today! We also commit to act on our prayers, faith, and love to become the person that God wants us to befulfill His dreams and plans for our lives (by His grace, for His glory). Excessive amounts, however, can already corrupt us. Instead of gaining control over it, sometimes, we become its slave. In the series Money, Sex, and Power, Bro. Danny talked about holy power, and according to him, it has 5 sources: Position, Popularity, Peso, Physique, and Proficiency. But possessing any of these doesnt make you influential, unless you are capable of handling them. And power is only temporary. It may make you invincible for a while, but it wont last forever. Bro. Danny also said that when the power of love overcomes the love of power, it is when we become shepherds satisfied, selfless, and sacrificial. So use power to serve others, and you will be remembered not on how good-looking, famous, or wealthy you are but on how you have touched peoples lives.
