A basket will be provided in the Fellowship Hall to place your name tag in it after fellowship time. Name tags will only be made every two (2) weeks. Offering placed on the communion rail during Holy Communion is used to help those in need in our church and the community. Canned Food Sunday, October 14 - The following items are needed to pack boxes: mashed potatoes, rice, canned meat (no tuna), canned fruit & cereal. Please remember all items must be new and unopened. Thank you for your continued support of this ministry. Kennys Place is having their annual Bar-B-Que (take out only), October 13 from 11 am to 2 pm. Kennys Place is located at 7677 SE 41st Court, Ocala. Proceeds benefit mentally challenged citizens of Marion County. Please see Pam DuBois for more information & tickets. MODELs (Mostly Older Debutantes Eating Lunch) will meet at 12:30 pm on Oct. 18 at Ivy House, in the former 1890 House at 917 E. Silver Springs Blvd. If you plan to attend, please email your reservation to [email protected] or call the office by Oct. 16. Dont forget to bring a dollar to be donated to a charity at the end of the year. Mark your calendar - Thanksgiving dinner, November 16 at 6 pm. Sign-up sheets will be at the Connection Station beginning Oct. 21. Menu sign-up sheets will be available on Oct. 28.
