* Taxes as applicable will be levied on set up fees, ASMC and Transaction Discount Rate (TDR) charged by Payment Gateway. ** Annual Software Maintenance Charge (ASMC) is charged on a per month basis payable in advance every year in April. Merchants signing on after April need not pay the full ASMC fee. The ASMC fee will be levied on pro-rata basis. *** TDR = Transaction Discount Rate We empower eMerchants to collect online payments through multiple
instruments: Details of collection instruments currently available are given below: a) Credit Cards: Credit Cards are the most popular forms of online payment instruments at this point in time. We enable the eMerchants to accept the following Credit Cards*** on their websites: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. These could be issued in India or anywhere else in the world. *** Payment Gateway is the only 3rd party payment gateway in India to be certified by American Express globally as well as the only 3rd party payment gateway in India to be selected as MasterCard Member Service Provider for the Indian region. Merchants choosing Axis Bank to revive or activate MasterCard as a payment option on their website need to place a fixed deposit for Rs. 10,000/- with Axis Bank. This will enable Axis Bank to place a lien over it to cover any chargeback losses. Please note: A merchant has to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 1000 in his account at any given time. All payouts will be made after this requirement has been fulfilled. b) Debit Cards: In a country like India, a large portion of the market holds Debit Cards rather than Credit Cards. We enable merchants to capture this audience by processing Visa Electron Debit Cards of the following banks: Axis Bank, Canara Bank, Citibank, Corporation Bank, Cosmos Bank, Deutsche

c) Direct Online Debit from bank account (Net Banking): This is a secure and increasingly popular method of online payment where the funds are transferred by the customer through the net banking interface into the merchants account via Payment Gateway. We currently support ABN AMRO Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Bank of Baroda (Retail & Corporate Banking), Bank of India, Canara Bank, Citibank, City Union Bank, Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Karnataka Bank, Karur Vysya Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Punjab National Bank (Corporate Banking), The Federal Bank, The Bank of Rajasthan, South Indian Bank, State Bank Of India, State Bank of Indore, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Travancore, Syndicate Bank, Union Bank Of India, Vijaya Bank and Yes Bank customers. d) Cash Cards: Payment Gateway processes Cash Cards to enable its merchants to reach audiences who do not own Credit Cards, Debit Cards, net banking accounts or even a mobile phone. e) Mobile Payment Facility: The emerging instrument of payment is the mobile payment platform. PayMate/GiftMate and SBI Mobile, two of Indias leading Mobile Payment Brands are currently live with Payment Gateway. To get your payments you need to "capture" your transaction from the accounting module. When a transaction is successful from the payment gateway this is reflected in your account with Payment Gateway in pending mode. You as the merchant will have to login to your account on www.Payment Gateway.com and mark the transaction as shipped / executed and enter relevant data requested. PAYMENT CYCLE: You have 12 days from the receipt of the orders to execute and capture the order amounts. If your business model demands that you capture the amount in advance for future delivery, i.e. a period beyond 12 days from receipt of the order, and your customer is explicitly agreeable to this, then you may do so before the 12th day. Orders not captured will not be reflected in your account after this. Orders can be accessed by logging into your Payment Gateway Account with the username and password registered on sign-up. All orders shipped/executed until Thursday midnight IST are processed for payment the following day. Transactions are then paid-out to your designated bank account by depositing cheques in Mumbai to your bank account (if your bank permits it) or by sending you a Citibank at par cheque, encashable in your city, by courier to reach you no later than the next Monday or Tuesday. Modes of payment to choose from: 1) Direct NEFT settlement from Payment Gateway to the merchants bank would ensure that the payouts happen without time loss and without dependency on the courier company. The dispatch details of the same will be emailed to you by Monday. 2) Citibank at par cheque payable as a local cheque in your city, will be couriered every Friday evening via a PROFESSIONAL Courier and the dispatch details of the same will be emailed to you the following Monday. 3) Alternatively, if you have an account in any of the banks listed below, your Cheque can be directly deposited to your account with same being reflected the next day.

Shopping Cart and other services available for all schemes. All schemes have access to complete online Sub Merchant Account Management, with a central reporting facility on every transaction. This includes reports on sales, credits, voids to support non-repudiation, balancing, portal settlement reporting, processor settlement reporting and other back office functions. Visibility into transaction level information is protected by passwords.
