Dutch Fork Elementary is always working on continuous improvement. One improvement we would like to make is for the security of our students. When students are to be signed out for early dismissal, please first send a signed note to the students teacher, with the date, reason, and who is to be picking up the child. New sign in/out cards for our students have been developed. On the back of each card there is now a portion for Approved people to pick up your child. New cards have been sent home with our students. If you have completed this card and returned it to the school, thank you. If not, please stop by the office and complete the form. All sign in/out cards will be kept private and will only be pulled when needed by our staff. When we receive a note from the parent for early dismissal, the names on the back of the card should coincide with the names you are putting on the dismissal note. All IDs will be checked to make sure the names match your card. If they do not, your child will not be released. If this information should change anytime during the school year please stop by the office and request to update your card. Thank you for your continued support.
