GREEAR and cleansweep34 joked with one another the entire tournament, and when play got to four handed, GREEAR asked cleansweep34 to please fold to GREEAR's BB so that he could survive another orbit. cleansweep34 said something like "sure". and then said "we just need to get twistersister out" or something like that. SUMMARY and RECOMMENDATION OF ACTION Players live in different states, several hundred miles from each other. No player-to-player transfers between players. Have played in two tournaments together prior to 2357504: one SNG (site crashed), one

MTT (did not share any tables) Player GREEAR may well have multiple accounts, which will be dealt with as a separate issue. Chat during tournament between two players once 4 handed could be considered collusion against TwisterSister. Only one hand was potentially played differently by one of the two players due to collusion, and in my opinion it did not affect the final result of the tournament. CONCLUSION: Isolated incident of chat collusion that did not affect the outcome of the tournament. RECOMMENDED COURSE OF ACTION: Firm warning to both players against colluding via chat, and that future incidents may result in suspension of accounts. No seizure of funds. Advise complainant of action taken.

FINAL RESPONSE TO ORIGINAL COMPLAINANT Hello, Rhonda. We have concluded our investigation into your allegation of collusion between players cleansweep34 and GREEAR in tournament 2357504. After thoroughly researching the play and chat of these two players, we have concluded that they do not have a relationship of any kind between them, but that they did engage in some chat during the play of hands that could conceivably have influenced the outcome of the tournament. Our review concluded that, while the chat was definitely against the spirit and rules of the game, no hands were played differently because of it, and the tournament result was not affected. However, we have emailed very firm warnings to both of these players that engaging in similar behavior in the future will result in their permanent suspension from Full Tilt Poker. Your efforts in bringing this matter to our attention are very much appreciated. The vigilance of our players is one of the strongest weapons we have in the ongoing battle against cheating at the tables.
