Sykes 2

Timothy Sykes responds to questions about Mark Cuban's short selling practices. Sykes states that brokers will allow short positions to be held indefinitely without needing to cover, if the investor is convinced a company is fraudulent. He used Interactive Brokers to short stocks under $2 per share. He tells the questioner they are an "undeniable moron" and to stop bothering him with questions.

Hey Mr. Syk es! TradersExpo web site says you are a "full-time trading coach" (i.e. you educate people). In a 2010 interview, you also said: "...You k now it's about mak ing the world better. This is my social good and it feels good to be this way..." Can you please educate me and tell me which brok er did your idol Cuban use that gives him the legal option of not having to cover? (because everything is legal with you, right?)
