The Managing Director (Mr.SVS) Sir, In order to cater image/maps printing and scanning needs of Project department, we propose to go for a plotter cum scanner machine. We studied the makes and models available in the market vis--vis our requirements. We visited few jobbers in Goa and Bangalore in the course of time and also collected feedback for other mining companies on these machines. Based on these, we propose for procurement of HP make Designjet T2300 eMFP. The specifications of this machine and a quote collected from the HP distributor are appended herewith.
