KLRCA ADJUDICATION TRAINING PROGRAMME


The Adjudication Training Programme is conducted by KLRCA and is open to everyone, especially those in the construction industry. Aside from training future adjudicators and provide them with the necessary skills to conduct an adjudication, the programme is also suitable for those who do not want to become adjudicators but would just like to seek more knowledge on the subject.

KLRCA ADJUDICATION TRAINING PROGRAMME


REGISTRATION FORM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participants are advised to ll up details required in this form legibly and in BLOCK LETTERS. The submission of this form must be accompanied by the correct fee payment. 2. Participants must pay a course fee of RM 6,200, which is inclusive of the examination registration fee (RM 250) and examination fee (RM 750). Participants who attend the course and pass the examinations will be awarded with a KLRCA Certicate in Adjudication. 3. Participants who do not wish to sit for the examination will be awarded a KLRCA Certicate of Attendance and will not be eligible to join the above mentioned panel. A payment of RM 5,200 is chargeable for the course only. 4. This form shall be submitted with the full information and supporting documents, as required herein and signed by the participant. KLRCA may reject any incomplete forms. 5. In order to be eligible to apply to become a member of the KLRCA Panel of Adjudicators, participants must pass the Adjudication Training Programme examination. 6. KLRCA reserves the right to reject late submissions of this form. 7. Participants who have registered for the Adjudication Training Programme examination and failed to sit and/or turn up for the same will be deemed to have completed 1 sitting. 8. All participants who register for the Adjudication Training Programme examination are allowed to re-sit the examination ONCE. For every re-sit attempt, a participant will have to pay the registration fee and examination fee of RM 1,000. A participant will be able to re-sit for the examination at any following KLRCA Adjudication Training programme sessions within one year from the rst examination. 9. Participants who fail the re-sit attempt will be required to repeat the entire course. 10. Participants who choose to attend the Adjudication Training Programme for the purpose of obtaining the KLRCA Certicate of Attendance only are not allowed to use the Certicate of Attendance for future registration for the Adjudication Training Programme examination. 11. Substitutions may be made for registered participants if written notication is provided to KLRCA before the course and the new participant meets all the requirements, as stated. 12. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing before 21 September 2012. A cheque for refund in the payees name will be issued within 30 days from the day of cancellation. No refund will be given after the 21 September 2012 deadline. 13. IMPORTANT NOTICE: To register for the Adjudication Training Programme examination, which upon passing ALL papers carries the award of KLRCA Certicate in Adjudication; the participant must possess the following:(a) A degree or diploma; for example in architecture, building studies, engineering, quantity surveying, environmental studies, law, planning, real estate or urban design, or such other qualication, as may be recognised by the KLRCA; and (b) Working experience of at least seven years, preferably in the building and construction industry. 14. Please enclose the following documents for KLRCAs verication purposes:a) Relevant degree/ diploma transcripts; b) Curriculum Vitae; or c) Any supporting documents. 15. Please be informed that all documents submitted to KLRCA must be certied true copies. Please do not send your original transcripts. Alternatively, participants may produce the original transcripts together with copies to KLRCA authorised personnel for verication.
