Leave Policy

HOURS OF WORK
The Employee will be required to work, from Monday to Friday, for such hours as are necessary to suit the Companys clients requirements and for proper discharge of the Employees duties. The Companys normal daily hours of work are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, however, Employees may be expected to work such hours as are necessary to suit the Companys clients requirements, but the Employee is expected to work not less than forty (40) hours of each week, and if necessary, for additional hours as might be required for performing the Employees duties competently and to meet the Companys requirements. Based on job requirements the employee will be required to work in shifts wherever applicable. The Employee may also be required to attend duties on Public holidays as per the exigencies of work.

HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE


The Employee shall be entitled to 14 working days of Paid Time Off (earned leave) in a calendar year and medical leave upto 7 days in a calendar year, in accordance with the Leave Policy of the Company. The available earned leave should be availed by the Employee before the end of each calendar year and cannot be carried forward or encashed. The Employee will also be eligible for Public holidays, which will be decided by the Company.

ILLNESS
In the event that the Employee is prevented from performing his/her duties under this Agreement as a result of illness, injury or other incapacity, he shall be required to give Notice thereof to the Company at the earliest possible opportunity. During a period of illness or incapacity, the Employee shall (i) comply with all provisions of Indian law regarding illness or disability, (ii) follow all instructions or directions of the Company and/or other authority so designated by the Company, If any, and (iii) co-operate with a medical examination by a physician to be appointed by the Company, if such examination is required by the Company in addition to (i) and (ii) hereof. In the event of the Employee being prevented from performing his/her duties under this agreement as a result of illness, injury or any other incapacity, the Company shall pay the Employee as follows: 100% of salary for 1 to 7 days of sick leave in a year. After the expiry of the 7th day of sick leave, the additional leave availed by the employee will be on unpaid basis, except for those employees covered under the ESI scheme.
