First check your IP address by accessing through your browser. Type www.whatismyip.com It will gives you your original global IP address.

Bypassing Firewall Restrictions by Ultrasurf

Now open the ultrasurf and then check your IP address through this. It will gives you a fake IP address. Now your IP address has been changed.

Now open the Hotspot Shield and then check your IP address through this. It will gives you a fake IP address. Now your IP address has been changed.

Now open the SuperHide IP and then check your IP address through this. It will gives you a fake IP address. Now your IP address has been changed.
