PROJECT UNDERTAKEN: Project Title: Tech Support System Description: People generally dont know the names of the sites of all Organizations to post their problem. Customer usually faces some problem while posting the bugs occurred in different software, hardware or in a networking usage as they have to post their bugs to different sites individually. So, in order to overcome all these limitations and to meet all their requirements, the current process is replaced with this application. This project Tech Support System is a web based application that provides online facility to the customers to post their bugs occurred in their various softwares, hardwares and in networking usage. ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS: Participated in national level paper presentation event on SPYWARE in GITAM University. Participated in exhibition of computer artifacts on the topic HACKING in Vignans Institute of Information Technology. Awarded first prize for securing highest marks in 10th class results by GFCL Company. Achieved Token of Merit for 9th and 10th classes.
