If you have to conduct the recruitment for an airline company, describe the method/methods you will use to recruit and conduct different tests and why? G2: You are conducting interviews following the short listing of candidates for the air line. Write down the questions that can be used to interview the: Air Stewards / Air hostesses The Co-pilot Operations staff ( Check in counters / Traffic) G3: Based upon the questions prepared , conduct the interviews for the above mentioned positions .?? For the conduct of these sessions , divide yourselves into groups of minimum 5 students in each group . Time 15 minutes for each question . Total Time 45 Minutes.

Conduct a personal interview with HR managers of 2 Companies individually. Ask them to describe the HR Plan, The Recruitment Plans in their company and the processes and procedures do they follow for Selection ,Tests and Interviews? With the same HR managers discuss the policies and systems of HR, Their Approach to Strategic HR and how do they manage their Recruitment and Selection on an annual basis . Do they lead the process or leave or let the line managers do so on their own. . .Also ask them how HRM has changed during last five years and how do they believes it will change in future. Get their feedback on changing methods of Recruitment & Selection + Interviewing Skills as well.
