Online Indicator lights when data is being received from a client.

Help Accesses additional information. Features Displays the job features on the screen. Language Changes text to an alternative language. Access Use this administrator level feature to change machine default settings, and to setup or modify user accounts.

Touch Screen Displays and selects all available programming features, plus fault clearance procedures and general machine information.

Interrupt Temporarily stops the current job to allow a priority job to be run. Clear All Resets all the features to their default settings. Stop Temporarily stops the current job.

Start Starts the job. Job Status Displays job progress information. Clear Deletes numeric values or the last digit entered. Power Saver Lights up green and is initiated automatically if the machine is left idle for a specific amount of time.

Machine Status Displays the current status of the machine.

Numeric Keypad Is used to enter copy quantity or other numeric information.

Dial Pause Enters a pause in a telephone number when transmitting a fax.
