    It is indeed a matter of great pleasure and proud privilege to present this project on STUDY OF ELECTRON TRANSPORT PARAMETERS IN SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND (GaN)). The completion of the project work is a milestone in the students life and its execution is inevitable in the hands of guide. We are highly indebted to our project guide Mr. Bikash Sharma, Associate Professor, E&C Engineering Department, SMIT, whose invaluable guidance and wish to record our deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for giving form and substance to this report.
