urce code control systems without any standardized developer tool set or unified repository for code. Each group used a different tool leads to a lack of corporation between groups. Lack of flexibility and modulation. Processes were often manual and time consuming. It was hard to determine how resources were being allocated, which of their employees were working on certain projects, and status of specific assets. It was hard for manager to manage projects. It was hard for projects to be well structured => high risk. Difficult to allocate employees flexibly between groups and teams because of the difference in tools used. DST struggled to update AWD in a timely fashion => Lost competitive advantage.
