…..REGULATIONS CONCERNING WITHDRAWAL…..

• Students are allowed to withdraw from no more than 1 course during any semester
• Students are allowed to withdraw from a maximum total of 6 courses during their
undergraduate program
• The grade of “W” will be given for withdrawn courses which are not included in the
Cumulative Grade Point Average and Semester Grade Point Average
• If students withdraw from a course that is required for their degree program, they must
repeat that course the next semester it is offered
• Students are not allowed to withdraw from courses that they are required to repeat or
courses from which the grade of “W” was obtained before
