Analytics still an emerging space in India and tough to establish as a new stand alone business; uncertainty of demand; low price realization; data availability /quality challenges Specialised analytics offerings exist yet hardly organisation in India offering analytics linking across functions and focused heavily on India Primary users of analytics seem to be multinational firms; large Indian players still mostly in ad-hoc/ project mode; the options available to SME segment appear very limited Situation could change as competition increases; customers get more demanding;
