This document defines the process for reviewing MRP Exception data and
extracting it to Excel. From your Material Planner responsibility, select MRP >
WORKBENCH. The form below will appear. Press the Exceptions button.

The form below will appear. Press the FIND button.

This will display all of the plan exceptions. You may wish to review the “Items
with no activity”. If so, check the box to the left and press the ITEMS button.

This will display the form below. You may have to rearrange some of the
columns to get the Nettable Quantities and Standard Cost columns to the left.

Now you can use the File/Export feature to export the data to an Excel
spreadsheet.
Your export should look similar to the one shown below.
