Dac Manual

The document summarizes the objective of a digital-to-analog converter experiment which is to convert a digital input voltage to an equivalent analog output voltage. The procedure involves setting a reference voltage, applying a binary input via switches, measuring the analog output voltage with a multimeter, tabulating the results, and plotting graphs of the digital input versus analog output and digital input versus percentage output. The result is that the digital input is successfully converted to the corresponding analog output voltage.

M e a s u re v o lta g e

S e t re fe n c e v o lta g e

PROCEDURE: i. ii. iii. iv. v. Make the connections as per the circuit diagram Apply the binary input by closing appropriate switches Measure the analog output using a multimeter. Tabulate the measured values. Plot a graph between digital input Vs analog output and digital input Vs % output. RESULT: Thus the given digital input is converted into its equivalent analog output.
