For R12, I presume you are using APG40.

My first action would be to set up collection of STS data on traffic related object types and analyze results. One example of commands needed would be: stmotls stmotls -l stmotls -c stmotd -i stmotd -a ATERTRANS BSC BSCGPRS BSCGPRS2 BSCMSLOT CCCHLOAD CELEVENTD CELEVENTH CELEVENTI CELEVENTS CELLCCHDR stmotd -a CELLCCHHO CELLCONF CELLDUALT CELLGPRS CELLGPRSO CELLHCS CELLHSCSD CELLPAG CELLQOSEG CELLQOSG CELLQOSS stmotd -a CELLSQI CELTCHF CELTCHFP CELTCHH CLSDCCH CLSDCCHO CLSMS CLTCH CLTCHDRF CLTCHDRH CLTCHFV1 CLTCHFV2 stmotd -a CLTCHFV3C CLTCHHV3C DOWNTIME IDLEOTCHF IDLEOTCHH IDLEUTCHF IDLEUTCHH LOADREG LOAS NCELLREL NECELASS stmotd -a NECELHO NECELHOEX NECELLREL NICELASS NICELHO NICELHOEX NUCELLREL PREEMP RANDOMACC RLINKBITR RNDACCEXT stmotd -a TRAFDLGPRS TRAFFGPRS TRAFGPRS2 TRAFULGPRS TRAPCOM stmotd -a BSCQOS CELEVENTSC CELLFERF CELLFERH CELLGPRS2 CELLMSQ CLRATECHG stmotd -a CLTCHDRAF CLTCHDRAH CLTCHFV3 CLTCHHV3 LAPD LOASMISC EMGPRS stmotls -c stmotd -e stmotls -c stmcc -i stmttu stmotls stmrp -Ll stmrp nms1report CELTCHF CLTCH CLTCHDRF CELTCHH CLTCHDRH stmrp nms2report CELEVENTH CELLCCHDR CLSDCCH CLSDCCHO IDLEOTCHF IDLEUTCHF NECELHO NICELHO RANDOMACC LAPD CELLMSQ stmrp -M 2001 CLRATECHG CELEVENTSC stmrp nms3report NCELLREL CCCHLOAD CELEVENTI NECELLREL CELEVENTS CELLFERF CELLFERH CLTCHFV3C CLTCHHV3C CLTCHDRAF stmrp -M 2002 CLTCHDRAH CLTCHFV3 CLTCHHV3 NUCELLREL stmrp nms4report BSCGPRS CELLGPRS LOAS LOASMISC EMGPRS BSCQOS CELLQOSG LOADREG TRAFULGPRS TRAFDLGPRS BSCGPRS2 stmrp -M 2003 CELLGPRS2 CELLQOSEG TRAFGPRS2 RLINKBITR stmrp -Ll stmmp -Ll stmrp -Ll
