Jaravata, Filipino, of legal age, married to Oscar Jaravata with postal address at Mangat Rizal, Occidental Mindoro witnesseth: That I am indebted in the sum of Twenty Three Thousand PESOS (P23,000.00), Philippine Currency, to Marilou B.
